Careerflow.ai is an all-in-one career platform acting as your Career Copilot. Our platform simplifies the job search process for professionals by either automating or augmenting parts of the process, such as AI-driven resume and profile improvements, job application tracking, and management, among other things.

We are a US-based startup with a team based in Delhi, India. We have helped over 2 million+ individuals optimize their job search process through a combination of a web application and a Chrome browser extension. Along with our product, we also provide high-quality expert-led career services.

Additionally, we work with universities, higher education institutions, non-profits, bootcamps, career coaches, etc., to provide them with a data-driven platform for the career success of their associated members.

Role Description

We're looking for creators who enjoy educating people on camera, not just influencers promoting products. If you love simplifying complex ideas and creating strategic content that genuinely engage and convert people into clients, we'd love to hear from you.

* Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

* Co-create long-form YouTube videos (8–15 minutes) with our content team.

* Record product walkthroughs and feature demonstrations for Careerflow's AI tools.

* Present educational content around careers, job search, AI, and productivity in a way that builds trust & demonstrates product value.

* Collaborate with our marketing team on scripts, ideas, and content planning.

* Stay on top of social media trends and suggest fresh content formats.

What we are looking for

* Based in Southeast Asia (Philippines & Thailand preferred)

* Excellent spoken English with a sharp, globally understandable accent.

* Comfortable and confident on camera.

* Experience creating UGC, educational, or social media content.

* Good understanding of video recording and aesthetics.

* Ability to deliver content consistently and meet deadlines.

* Creative and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have

* Experience with AI, SaaS, or tech products.

* Active presence on YouTube, Instagram, or LinkedIn.

* Ability to independently manage Tiktok.

* Educational or Career tech background is a plus.

What you'll need

* Good camera quality (Iphone or equivalent is fine)

* Clear audio setup

* Reliable internet connection

* A clean, well-lit recording space for indoor shoots

* Should be comfortable in shooting outdoors as well
