About the Role
TRND Marketing is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MCN UGC Handler to support our growing creator network and content ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing UGC (User-Generated Content) communities, collaborating with content creators, and driving performance across TikTok and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage UGC creator communities across platforms such as TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality content creators aligned with brand goals
- Maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure consistent content output
- Plan and execute community engagement strategies, including topics, activities, and incentive programs
- Monitor and track creator performance, content output, and campaign results
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Support influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and content distribution strategies
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and production) for campaign alignment
- Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines
- Stay updated on platform trends, content strategies, and competitor activities
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by management
Qualifications
- Experience in UGC community management, influencer marketing, or similar roles is preferred
- Familiarity with TikTok and other content platform ecosystems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good content sense, with the ability to identify high-performing content (hooks, trends, conversion drivers)
- Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics and optimization
- English proficiency as a working language is preferred
- Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa
