UGC Coordinator for DTC e-commerce brand (Remote US Market)

We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand selling in the US. We are scaling our UGC pipeline to 30 creators per month, each delivering 3 videos (90 videos/month), and we need an experienced coordinator to run it end to end. You will not create content or write briefs — you manage the operations. Brand details shared with shortlisted candidates.

What you will do:

• Source and recruit US-based UGC creators via UGC platforms (Billo, Insense, JoinBrands, etc.) and direct outreach

• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights and deadlines

• Send our ready-made briefs to creators and answer their questions

• Coordinate and track product shipments to creators in the US

• Track deadlines and make sure all rushes and final videos are received on time and organized in our Drive

• Report weekly: creators contracted, shipments, content received, delays

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years managing UGC creators or influencer campaigns for e-commerce/DTC brands

• Proven experience with the US market and US-based creators

• Hands-on experience with UGC platforms and strong negotiation skills

• Highly organized: able to manage 30+ creator pipelines in parallel (Notion, Airtable, Sheets)

• Fluent written English, reliable and autonomous
