Job Description

The Turnover Quality Sr. Specialist serves as the representative of RLC Residences during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer. S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in. S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in turnovers, inspections, and client management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willing to be assigned in numerous Cebu properties (Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City)
