Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to analyze software components, collaborate with team members, and provide effective solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of software products and platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. - Document findings and solutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts. - Provide training and support to team members and end-users as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development, Turkish Language. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience in API design and integration for various platforms. - Proficient in debugging and performance tuning of software applications. - Turkish Language Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
