Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) specializing in web hosting accounts. The TSR will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues related to web hosting services, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring elevated service experiences. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical problems, educating customers, and delivering solutions efficiently while adhering to company standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in web hosting services, domain management, DNS configurations, and website troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site office environment.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer support role is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical support concepts is beneficial.
- Willingness to undergo training to gain knowledge of web hosting products and services.
