Responsibilities
- Update internal reports in a timely and accurate manner as well as handle other administrative requests
- Advise client service and other support teams on data related matters
- Extract data from multiple sources, validate information received and develop framework in order to provide clear, compelling metrics and reports for data analysis
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
- Build and support automated data structures that can be shared with units across the department
- Track critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
- Assist team and manager with various projects
- Work closely with manager to facilitate team planning and operations
- Drive team performance through mentorship and management support initiatives
- Perform various administrative tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Have college or university degree
- 4-5 years of experience in business/data analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel) (2+ years)
- Passionate about working with data to uncover patterns and insights
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and verbal English
- Quality-focused with attention to details
- Ability to identify and drive optimization and automation opportunities
- Understanding of financial KPIs metrics
Additional Advantages
- MS Excel macros and VBI coding language
- Understanding of business analysis principles, including financial formulas and performance metrics
- Experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboards creation and data visualization
- Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation
