Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Trust Sales Officer (TSO) is primarily responsible in actively marketing and promoting trust products and services to retail clients/investors through the assistance of the referring branch personnel to grow assets under management, revenues as well as the number of customers.
Generate own managed accounts by conducting product presentations to clients and referring units to increase awareness of the products and services of TAMG as well as provide regular updates on market condition and existing portfolio of an existing client to encourage them grow their portfolio with the Bank.
Assist the referring units in discussing the trust products and services for better understanding and appreciation of clients of the securities being offered by TAMG.
Ensure clients have complied in the submission of the necessary documentation. Reply to queries, address issues/concerns; conducts briefings/updates on Trust-related matters.
