Your role
The Trust Sales and Marketing Staff role involves providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of trust accounts.
Your Impact
Documentation Management:
- Handle all documentation requirements for clients and investment transactions.
- Uploading of documents for digitalization.
- Prepare and dispatch trust indentures, documents, and certificates.
Client on boarding:
- Create new accounts in the Trust system and assist in Name screening.
Investment Transactions:
- Monitor the submission of clients account opening documents per AMLA/KYC requirements.
Client Support:
- Assist clients with their queries and provide support for account-related issues.
- Maintain clients folders and ensure all documents are properly filed.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in embedding controls to mitigate financial and non-financial risks.
Financial Computations:
- Provide support for the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth operations.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Trust Sales and Marketing ensures the efficient and compliant management of trust accounts, contributing to the overall success of the Trust Department.
Your Profile
- College graduate of any business course, preferably in the field of Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Fresh Graduate OR have trainings in Trust of Treasury Business
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred BUT not required: 1-year course on Trust Operations and Investment Management (Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines)
