Job Summary
Responsible for the following functions for Receiving Agency and Stock Transfer and Dividend Paying Agency:
Key Responsibilities
- Attends to account opening and completion/submission of documentary requirements
- Monitors payments received from various investors and preparation of sales reports
- Manual processing of subscriptions during initial and Secondary Public Offerings, Stock Rights, Stock Conversion and Tender Offers
- Checking, filing and maintenance of account opening documentary requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Accounting / Finance related course graduate
- With work related experience, familiarity with securities and equities market
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
