Your Role
The Trust Account Servicing Officer is responsible for the day-to-day administrative & investment management of existing accounts. The incumbent develops and implements strategies to harness business relations, improve customer service, and enhance client retention.
Your Impact
- Handles the administration and management of existing accounts
- Handles the proper administration of accounts as well as compliance to internal and external regulations
- Responds to all issues related to audit (internal and external) and compliance team
- Monitors and ensures compliance of accounts and execution of transactions in accordance to regulatory requirements, Trust policies and procedures, agreement, client instructions and relevant MPI policies
- Reviews, implements, monitors quality service activities for the purpose of deepening client relationship
- Day-to-day engagement with clients in regard to their investment maturities and desired dispositions
Your Profile
- At least college graduate with a course in banking, finance, economics, marketing or accountancy
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in relevant field such as banking, finance, economics, law and risk management; OR
- Completion of at least ninety (90) training hours on trust, other fiduciary business, or investment management activities acceptable to the BSP; OR
- Completion of a relevant global or local professional certification program
- At least one (1) year actual experience in Trust, Other Fiduciary Business, or Investment Management Activities
- Preferred but not required: Trust 1-year course (TIFP), UITF Certified Salesman, SEC Certified Securities Salesman
