Requirements
Graduate of any four (4) years Business Course
With at least 2 years related experience in trims booking and purchasing in garment manufacturing company
Above average oral and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented and with above average math skills
Computer literate (MS Excel & Word)
With years of experience as a TRIM PURCHASER
Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for trim materials.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Place purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with design and production teams to understand trim requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder trims as necessary.
Ensure all trims meet quality standards and specifications.
Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
Resolve any issues related to delivery delays or quality concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
