Job Description

We are looking for a trilingual professional to join the Operations team as an External Control Tower Manager. This is a high-impact, billable role where you will serve as the primary bridge between Field Services and external stakeholders. If you are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and possess a background in logistics or supply chain, this is a unique opportunity to manage complex, international operations from our Manila-based offices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Primary Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for Field Services and Service Delivery teams, attending key meetings to provide operational support.
  • Tooling & Inventory Management: Monitor and execute tooling demand across both domestic and international locations, ensuring 100% on-time delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tools, including return readiness tracking, system monitoring, and site-to-site transfers.
  • Inbound Operations: Oversee the timely processing and stamping of inbound tools and manage the conversion of non-catalog items into the ETM catalog.
  • Stakeholder Visibility: Provide consistent, high-level reporting and communication to ensure all parties are aligned with operational requirements.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and verbal).
  • Industry Experience: A solid background in planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Technical Aptitude: Computer savvy with the ability to navigate complex systems and software.
  • Operational Resilience: Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Solution-Oriented: A proactive approach to identifying improvements and solving operational challenges outside the box.

Preferred Skills (Advantageous):

  • Experience in domestic and international logistics coordination.
  • Background in inventory and tooling management.
  • Knowledge of planning and production scheduling.
