Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Trial Class Scheduling Specialist (Outreach Specialist) to contact prospective parents who have already expressed interest in Cosmo. In this role, your primary responsibility is to guide families to schedule their free trial classes and complete the initial assessment process through structured outbound calls. This is not a cold-calling or aggressive sales role. Instead, it requires clear communication, consistency, and strong execution of a proven process.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads (parents who have already shown interest)
  • Guide families to:

-Schedule their free trial class

-Complete the assessment process

  • Clearly explain the next steps in the learning journey
  • Follow call scripts and SOPs to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Accurately log call results and feedback in internal systems

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • Strong and clear spoken English (neutral or easily understandable accent)
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and processes with consistency
  • Detail-oriented and reliable in completing tasks
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in:
  • Call center / customer service (U.S.-based companies preferred)
  • Education / EdTech / tutoring services
  • Appointment setting / lead conversion roles

  • Consistent daily call activity and follow-ups
  • Accurate and timely system updates
  • Positive and professional interaction with families

Training & Support

  • Structured onboarding before starting
  • Proven call scripts and SOPs provided
  • Ongoing guidance and performance feedback
  • Clear expectations and measurable goals

Work Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch break
  • 40 hours per week
  • Schedule may adjust based on daylight savings time

Compensation

  • Base: $400/month
  • Bonus: target USD 130/month, with a maximum payout of USD 208/month, based on the number of completed trial classes scheudled.
