Role: Treaty Broker - Assistant Vice President / Vice President
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Broking Team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines.
We will count on you to:
- Manage all aspects of new, renewal and prospective business for multinational accounts including the marketing and solicitation of accounts and the preparation / presentation of research, financial analysis, placements and formal documentation execution.
- Develop and prepare presentation materials for new business, renewals and prospective clients.
- Produce and manage business development and revenue generation for the assigned clients.
- Support the best broking practices, which includes client proposal, presentation, market submission and execution, etc.
- Work with other brokers, technical support and placement teams to ensure a full quality process of the business.
- Make sure the business operations and documentation are conducted according to compliance and professional standards.

What you need to have:
- Prior experience in reinsurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and/or projects.
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work in a team.
