About the Role

As Treasury Specialist, you will manage the organization's day-to-day cash and liquidity operations. The role is responsible for cash positioning, bank relationship coordination, fund transfers, and treasury reporting, ensuring the company maintains healthy liquidity while complying with local (BSP, BIR) and internal financial policies.

What You'll Do

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare treasury reports, cash flow statements, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Support management of short-term investments, time deposits, and placements to optimize returns.
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and assist in basic FX transaction processing, where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate treasury records in compliance with company policies and Philippine regulatory requirements (BSP circulars, BIR regulations)

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or banking operations; fresh CPAs with strong finance fundamentals may be considered.
  • Familiarity with Philippine banking systems and payment platforms
  • Working knowledge of BSP and BIR regulations relevant to treasury operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); experience with ERP or treasury management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
