Treasury Specialist

The Treasury Officer is responsible provide assistance to the Treasury Manager in overseeing and managing the company's treasury operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of SAP payment entries, and effective monitoring of sales collections, petty cash funds, and copra funds. This role plays a key part in safeguarding company funds, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies, and supporting efficient cash flow management. The Treasury Officer also provides guidance and oversight to treasury support staff and ensures continuity of operations within the Finance Department.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• CFA, CPA or MBA is a plus.
• At least 24 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of cash management, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
