Job Description – Treasury & Risk Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury & Risk Consulting professional to join our Risk Practice team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Treasury/Risk Management solutions for banking and financial services clients.

This role requires strong domain expertise in Asset & Liability Management, Liquidity Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing, and IFRS9/ECL frameworks, along with exposure to vendor platforms such as Ambit Focus and Balance Sheet Management solutions.

Candidates with implementation and consulting experience are highly preferred. This is not suitable for end-user or operations-only profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from requirement gathering through implementation and delivery
• Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions with stakeholders
• Configure and implement Treasury & Risk software solutions based on client requirements
• Work closely with business users, technology teams, and vendors during project execution
• Prepare functional documentation, BRDs, process flows, and configuration documents
• Support testing activities including SIT/UAT and defect resolution
• Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery

Required Experience

Hands-on implementation/configuration experience in one or more of the following vendor platforms:

• Ambit Focus / Balance Sheet Manager
• Murex
• Fusion Risk (Finastra)
• Fusion Kondor
• Calypso
• Workiva Platform
• Other Treasury & Risk Management solutions
