JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily Update of Bank Balances
• Liased to the Bank for various transactions - such as but not limited to the ff:

- Deposit of Check Payment

- Submission of Payroll Banking Application

- Check Encashments

- Issuing of Check for Credit Card Payment and deposit to bank

- Processing of Manager's Check

- Submission of FX Documents to Bank of China

- Passbook Updating

- Various Personal Bank Transaction of the CEO

- Other Bank Transactions

Transacting of Foreign Exchange (Buy and Sell)

• Issuing of Sales Invoices to Customers
• Payment Application through Online Banking
• Daily Cash Flow Report submitted to HQ

QUALIFICATIONS

• Financial and Accounting major
• Be proficient in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English
• Proficient in using Excel
• Can join in immediately
