Treasury Officer!
Major Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately checks and uploads payroll
- Timely uploads Government Remittances
- Timely uploads Tax Payment
- Checks and uploads commission
- Checks RFP payment (Audit debit)
- Checks petty cash replenishment
- Checks daily deposit vs. deposit slip
- Checks unreleased cash advances
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.
Qualifications
- A college graduate of any 4-year course related to Finance
- In a Treasury Officer position for at least 2 - 4 years; with background in Accounting is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Accounting Principles
- Able to analyze information and post accurately the figures / numbers in peach tree system
- Trust-worthy, keen to details, flexible, and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Computer Literate; able to use Peach Tree Accounting Software and Excel Program
- Able to handle cash management, account receivables, account payables
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines
