Treasury Officer

About The Role

Responsible for the monitoring of the group's cash management and loans, consolidation of annual budget and timely preparation of the Company's monthly business review.

How You'll Contribute

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Monitors loan borrowings from lender banks, benchmarking and monitoring of lending and borrowing rates.

b. Reviews Disbursement Vouchers

c. Oversee the sending of email request for the payment of principal, interest and loan roll-overs

d. Assists the President during meetings with creditor banks and financial institutions.

e. Negotiates with banks on loan borrowing rates.

f. Acts as a point person for the preparation of Cotingency Fund Plan.

g. Prepares monthly deck performance report on Bills Payable

h. Manages the group's cash report, funding requirements and monitoring of collection maturities, debits, credits and the like to ensure that group's finances are in order.

i. Oversee the generation of the Cash Position Reports.

j. Monitors temporary investment account.

k. Consolidates and summarizes annual budget based on Sales Group and Operations Group's target.

l. Coordinates with Management Accounting / Corplan for timely submission of Budget.

m. Monitors monthly expenses and disbursement of funds to ensure that they are within the approved budget and supported by relevant documents.

n. Performs file back-up procedure for the softcopy of files stored in assigned desktop or laptop computer.

o. Reviews SB Rental Fleet Operations Fund.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist for the compiling of documents and reports required by Audit before its submission
2. Point person for SBRC Hero concerns (e.g. TO update, PRFs, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• With at least 2 to 3 years of working experience as Treasury Officer;
• Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Finance/Accountancy/Banking from a reputable educational institution;
• Good analytical skills;
• Competencies (Knowledge, Skill, Ability):
• Cash management and Treasury;
• Detail-oriented, high numerical proficiency;
• Budgeting and monitoring, loans processing
• Can work with minimum supervision
