Treasury Marketing Officer

Malayan Savings Bank is looking for a Treasury Marketing Officer who will be responsible for developing and growing the Bank's treasury and deposit business through the acquisition, management, and expansion of relationships with corporate, institutional, and high-value clients.

The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, promoting the Bank's treasury and deposit products, strengthening client relationships, and generating sustainable business growth while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident in dealing with corporate and institutional clients, and has a good understanding of treasury products, financial markets, and banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage corporate, institutional, and high-value clients.
• Promote treasury, deposit, and investment products.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
• Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and BSP regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, relationship management, or financial services.
• Experience in treasury or deposit product sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
