JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the leading petroleum companies here in the Philippines that was established for almost 3 decades now.
Position: Treasury Manager
Salary: Php120,000-Php150,000
Work Location: Taguig City
Company Industry: Distributor Company
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set Up: Work On Site (Hybrid Set Up can consider)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree holder
With CPA license is advantage
At least 5 years of working exposure in treasury, credit, or corporate finance
Have worked with energy, trading, or multinational companies.
Will directly report to the CFO of the company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity requirements, and accurate short-to-medium term cash flow forecasting.
Ensure timely funding of obligations, manage bank relationships, credit lines, and compliance with loan covenants and treasury policies.
Implement credit policies, evaluate counterparties, monitor receivables aging, and drive proactive collections and risk mitigation actions.
Deliver management reports on cash, credit exposure, and risk indicators support audits and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal controls.
Lead and develop the Credit & Treasury team, foster control discipline, and act as primary liaison with banks, customers, and internal business units.
