Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treasury Manager based in Taguig. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities, including cash flow management, optimization of working capital, and forecasting. Key responsibilities include assessing financial risks, managing banking relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and implementing treasury-related policies and procedures. Additionally, the Treasury Manager will play a crucial role in financial planning and will collaborate closely with other departments to achieve the company's financial goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and experience in assessing financial risks and implementing effective solutions
• Experience in managing banking relationships and negotiating financial agreements
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and treasury policies and procedures
• Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Treasury Manager or in a similar financial management role
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment

*Will be based in our BGC Taguig office

*Work onsite: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 6PM

*Salary Range: 35,000 to 45,000
