We're Hiring: 1 Treasury Manager (AU) & 1 Accounting Manager (US)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Arrangement (once a month onsite)

Office: One Ayala, Makati City

Treasury Manager (Australia)

Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00AM - 3:00PM

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily cash positions, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
• Manage banking relationships, account openings/closures, and compliance obligations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, analyze movements, and support financing projects.
• Lead AP, AR, and banking teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactional finance.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across treasury operations.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in treasury, finance, or cash management roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel (financial modeling, reconciliations).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Australian finance practices, ERP systems (NetSuite, JCurve, Dynamics), and treasury projects.

Accounting Manager (US)

Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 5:00AM - 2:00PM

What You Will Do

• Own the full cash cycle: invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and bank activity.
• Oversee AR/AP processes, credit reviews, and chargeback resolution.
• Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and deliver monthend close tasks on schedule.
• Define and manage KPIs (DSO, DPO, cash forecast accuracy, collections effectiveness).
• Supervise Manilabased accounting staff, ensuring quality, coaching, and performance.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate Accounting on reporting and compliance.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years AR/AP/treasury experience, with at least 2 years managing staff.
• Background in consumer products, ecommerce, or retail/wholesale.
• Handson experience with bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets).
• Preferred: NetSuite OneWorld experience, AP automation, credit facility support, CPA/CTP.
