Job Summary
The Treasury Operations Associate is responsible for supporting daily treasury activities, including cash management, fund transfers, and payment processing. The role ensures accurate financial records, maintains liquidity levels, and supports compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily treasury operations such as cash positioning, fund transfers, and payment processing
- Monitor bank balances to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports
- Maintain accurate treasury records, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury accounts
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of treasury systems, tools, and processes
- Respond to internal and external audit requests related to treasury operations
- Record and monitor credit card usage and payments
- Monitor and record intercompany transactions (PC to PC and PC to Head Office)
- Address stakeholder inquiries related to payment verification
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
