  • Daily Update of Bank Balances
  • Liased to the Bank for various transactions - such as but not limited to the ff:
  • Deposit of Check Payment
  • Submission of Payroll Banking Application
  • Check Encashments
  • Issuing of Check for Credit Card Payment and deposit to bank
  • Processing of Manager's Check
  • Submission of FX Documents to Bank of China
  • Passbook Updating
  • Various Personal Bank Transaction of the CEO
  • Other Bank Transactions
  • Transacting of Foreign Exchange (Buy and Sell)
  • Issuing of Sales Invoices to Customers
  • Payment Application through Online Banking
  • Daily Cash Flow Report submitted to HQ

Job Description:

  • Financial and Accounting major
  • Be proficient in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Can join in immediately
