  • Accounts Payable Processing: Handle invoice processing, payment scheduling, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Preparation of check voucher with check transmittal
  • Form 2316 Preparation: Assist in the accurate computation and preparation of employees income tax returns.
  • Alphalist Management: Prepare and submit required Alphalist reports in compliance with BIR regulations.
  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, vendor details, and payment history.
  • Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of accounts payable, PCF and liquidations and ensuring no discrepancies in balances.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audit processes when necessary.
