Job Description

Responsible for managing the Company's treasury operations, ensuring the efficient management of liquidity, financing, cash flow, and financial risk. This role is crucial in optimizing the Company's capital structure, securing financing for real estate development projects, and implementing effective treasury strategies to support the company's growth objectives. The Treasury Assistant Manager will provide strategic guidance on funding strategies, financial risk management, and investment management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking, preferably in real estate development or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing corporate liquidity, cash flow, debt financing, and risk management.
  • Proven track record of structuring and negotiating financing for real estate projects, including land acquisitions, construction, and large-scale developments.

Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of Philippine financial regulations, capital markets, and banking practices.
