Role Description The Treasury Assistant supports the treasury and finance team in managing daily cash operations, including monitoring bank balances, preparing deposit and withdrawal documentation, and assisting with payment processing. The Treasury Assistant helps track and reconcile cash flow, maintains accurate financial records, and coordinates with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely settlements. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, supporting cash forecasts, and helping implement internal controls and compliance procedures related to cash and treasury activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Treasury Management and Cash Management to support day-to-day cash operations and banking activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Cash Flow analysis to assist in forecasting, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify variances, and support decision-making in treasury operations.
- Relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance support roles is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office applications is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information are important.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Santo Tomas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
