As a Treasury Analyst, you will be at the core of a high-growth FinTech environment, ensuring our client has the liquidity and capital to execute its strategic vision. You will join a lean, elite team that manages capital markets strategy and maintains relationships with institutional investors and global banking sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to master data quality management, execute sophisticated loan portfolio sales, and support capital management strategies from the ground up. Your Impact
- Liquidity & Capital Operations: Partner closely with the Treasurer to monitor the firm's liquidity position. You will execute sales of loan portfolios to partners and prepare critical funding requests under collateralized warehouse facilities.
- Investor Reporting & Analytics: Own the preparation of weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports for various financing partners. You will ensure total transparency and accuracy for external institutional investors.
- Data Quality Management: Become an expert in managing large data sets by partnering with the Business Intelligence team to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-fidelity reporting across all treasury functions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with FP&A, Accounting, and Data Services teams to manage and improve internal processes, ensuring treasury strategies align with broader firm goals.
- Strategic Modeling: Assist in ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support capital management strategies, helping the firm navigate a dynamic digital consumer lending landscape.
- Process Innovation: Go beyond daily tasks to spearhead improvements in treasury practices, utilizing your critical thinking to optimize how capital markets strategy is executed.
What You Bring
- The Experience:1+ years of work experience in finance, treasury, or a related field. You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- The Credentials: Bachelor's degree (ideally in Finance, Accounting, or Business).
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office products. You must have a strong desire to work with vast data sets and an analytical orientation toward decision-making.
- Industry Interest: A deep interest in the FinTech sector and a desire to understand the treasury and capital markets strategy of a leading digital consumer lender.
- Communication & Drive: Strong written and oral communication skills. You are highly inquisitive, take initiative, and can thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Operational Flexibility: Ability to adhere to the FWA 3 hybrid schedule, balancing onsite collaboration with remote focus.
