Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a Travel Specialist, you will answer call and inquiries of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedure.
- Making changes to existing reservations (ticket reissuance & cancellations)
- Providing support on any existing online bookings air, hotel, car, rail & non-GDS changes & cancellations
- Utilization of Sabre/Apollo GDS systems & other assigned tools required when completing PNR changes.
- Making outbound calls to vendors and customers as required
- Creating new PNRs for fresh bookings
Job Qualifications:
- At least senior high school graduate
- With 1-year Travel Account BPO Experience
- Experience using GDS Galileo platform is required.
- Amenable to work Onsite MOA, Pasay City
