Travel Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls for travel assistance and make outgoing calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and promotions.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities and offer additional travel products and services.
• Manage flight changes, cancellations, and re-bookings and provide accurate travel itineraries.
• Providerelevant information regarding flights, tours, accommodation, transport, travel insurance, travel dates andcost
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
• Social Media and Marketing collaterals (Flyers, Brochures)

Qualifications:

• Experience in airline ticketing and booking.
• Proficient in Amadeus GDS.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Greatproblem solving skill.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail.
