Travel Services Specialist

• Arrange travel for business customers
• Determine customers needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips as requested
• Find fare and schedule information with consideration of best rates
• Calculate total travel costs
• Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions
• Provide including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas
• Assist on the processing of VISAs for international travel
• Work closely with Travel Agency for ad hoc requirements
• Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip

Requirements:

• College graduate of any Management or Tourism related course
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Travel Services
• At least 1-2 years customer service experience
