Job Summary

The Travel Services Manager is responsible for overseeing travel operations, client servicing, and booking coordination to ensure efficient and high-quality travel solutions for customers. The role requires strong operational management, team leadership, and travel industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily travel service operations including reservations and ticketing
  • Ensure smooth coordination of local and international travel arrangements
  • Handle VIP, corporate, and urgent travel requests
  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines and travel partners
  • Supervise and support operations and travel consultants
  • Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and operational efficiency
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues effectively
  • Recommend and implement operational improvements

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related course
  • Experience in travel agency operations and customer service
  • Familiarity with Amadeus, Sabre, or related booking tools
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in corporate or executive travel arrangements is an advantage
