Job Summary
The Travel Services Manager is responsible for overseeing travel operations, client servicing, and booking coordination to ensure efficient and high-quality travel solutions for customers. The role requires strong operational management, team leadership, and travel industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily travel service operations including reservations and ticketing
- Ensure smooth coordination of local and international travel arrangements
- Handle VIP, corporate, and urgent travel requests
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines and travel partners
- Supervise and support operations and travel consultants
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and operational efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues effectively
- Recommend and implement operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related course
- Experience in travel agency operations and customer service
- Familiarity with Amadeus, Sabre, or related booking tools
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in corporate or executive travel arrangements is an advantage
