ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this engaging role, you will be the key point of contact for clients once they have purchased their Travel walk, helping them enhance their journey with additional services and options. From room upgrades and travel insurance to add-on tours and airport transfers, you will guide clients through the choices available and ensure they have everything they need for a seamless and memorable trip. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you are responsible for identifying client needs, presenting relevant options with confidence, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the company's values.
You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with colleagues in sales, operations, and finance to ensure add-on services are booked accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a flair for sales and takes pride in helping clients get the most out of their travel experience. The ability to communicate clearly, prioritise tasks, and work independently in a remote environment is a key requirement of this role.
