In this position, you will hold the position of General Travel Staff and be placed under the MIKI Operations/Reservations Team. The team handles daily inquiries from travel agency partners via email and calls. The role focuses on resolving booking-related issues such as amendments, cancellations, complaints, and special requests, as well as addressing hotel concerns including rate discrepancies, stop-sale issues, occupancy problems, and relocations, while identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry or hospitality management, including hotel reservations
- Knowledge of booking systems
- Fresh graduates with a strong scholastic record and a Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible with work schedules and willing to work onsite in Makati
