Travel Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to support our Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC). In this role, you will monitor security systems, receive and triage incidents, document events, and coordinate escalations to help protect people, facilities, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, alarms, CCTV, and operational dashboards in real time.
• Receive and manage security incidents through phone, email, alarms, and other reporting channels.
• Assess, triage, and escalate incidents according to established procedures.
• Document incidents, actions taken, and outcomes accurately in incident management systems.
• Coordinate responses to emergency alerts and safety-related events.
• Maintain situational awareness of active incidents and provide timely updates.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Follow security policies, escalation protocols, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Security Operations, Security Monitoring, Dispatch, Emergency Response, or a related field.
• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Regional SOC, Command Center, or other 24/7 operations environment.
• Strong ability to follow procedures and escalation protocols in time-sensitive situations.
• Proficiency in English and the local language (written and verbal).
• Experience using security monitoring platforms, CCTV systems, access control systems, or incident management tools.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work onsite and on a rotating shift schedule.
