Role Description
We are looking for experienced
Travel & Hospitality Specialists to join our team in McKinley, Taguig. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, and other travel support services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel and hospitality-related customer inquiries via phone and other support channels.
- Manage flight reservations, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary modifications.
- Utilize GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar systems to process travel transactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, schedules, fares, and bookings.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Must have at least 2 years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or similar tools).
- English proficiency equivalent to B2 CEFR or higher.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
