- Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo to manage bookings effectively.
- Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, policies, and trends to enhance client service.
- Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in travel and tourism is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in travel and hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in GDS tools including Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo; familiarity with Travelport is an advantage.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
