Travel Expert (GDS - Sabre/Amadeus)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Expert (GDS – Sabre/Amadeus) role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The Travel Expert will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for customers, including flight, hotel, and other reservations using GDS platforms such as Sabre OR Amadeus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre and/or Amadeus.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and handling complex travel inquiries.
• Relevant experience in the travel, airline, or tourism industry, preferably in a contact center or agency environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa, including flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Comfort with using computer systems, and online booking platforms; typing accuracy and speed are beneficial.
• At least High School graduate (old curriculum) OR Senior High School graduate (new curriculum) required
