Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) including SABRE to book travel arrangements.
Assist clients in selecting travel packages that meet their preferences and budgets.
Stay updated on travel regulations, trends, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
Resolve client issues and provide ongoing support throughout their travel experience.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Level:13 years
Skills and Competencies:Proficient in GDS, particularly SABRE
Qualities and Traits:Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
