In this role, you will be the backbone of our high-touch travel account, transforming complex logistics into seamless journeys. Youll be the person our clients rely on when a flight is cancelled in London, a meeting is moved in Tokyo, and they need a solution before they even realize theres a problem.
Performance-Based Objectives
Rather Than a List Of must-haves, We Measure Success By What You Achieve. In Your First Year, You Will Be Expected To
- Master the Matrix: Within your first 30 days, demonstrate 100% proficiency in our specific GDS environment ([Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo]), handling complex multi-segment international reissues and manual faring without supervision.
- Ensure Zero-Friction Travel: Maintain an accuracy rate of 99% or higher. Success means our travelers never encounter a name mismatch or a missing confirmation at the check-in desk.
- Optimize the Spend: Consistently identify and offer cost-saving alternatives or creative routing that saves the client an average of 10% on international bookings compared to standard point-to-point searches.
- The 5-Minute Recovery: During peak disruptions, manage a queue of urgent requests with a response time of under 5 minutes, ensuring no traveler is left stranded.
