We are hiring a Travel Creator Research & Outreach Assistant to support our daily creator sourcing and community operations.

Core Responsibilities
Creator Research & Data Collection
- Search for travel and local experience creators across social media platforms:
- Collect relevant creator information
- Enter and maintain data in structured spreadsheets or databases.
- Ensure data is accurate, organized, and free from duplicates.
- Keep tracking sheets updated on a daily or weekly basis.
Outreach Support
- Send direct messages or comments using company accounts.
- Assist with email outreach using provided templates.
- Use basic email outreach tools when required.
- Track outreach status and update response records accurately.
Discord Community Support
- Monitor Discord channels.
- Respond to basic creator inquiries.
- Guide creators through onboarding steps.
- Learn and use Discord features efficiently.
- Maintain clear and organized communication records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Able to maintain structured databases without errors or duplicates.
- Able to learn Discord operations quickly.
- Comfortable using basic email outreach or marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented and consistent.
- Able to handle repetitive work while maintaining accuracy.
- Reliable and responsive during working hours.
