Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Cebu, Philippines. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored travel management services, including travel consulting, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements to meet client needs. Additionally, the role involves managing travel reservations, maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service, and ensuring the seamless execution of corporate travel plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and executing Travel Arrangements is an advantage
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering high-quality client satisfaction is a plus
• Competence in handling and managing Reservations, including system knowledge
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments and meet deadlines
• Background in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
