We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented
Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements, provide accurate travel information, and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey. You will help clients with flight reservations, itinerary changes, travel policies, and general travel-related inquiries while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling travel reservations.
- Provide accurate information on flights, transportation, travel schedules, and travel requirements.
- Recommend suitable travel options based on customers needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Process reservations, refunds, exchanges, and other travel-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up to date with travel policies, airline procedures, and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college graduate.
- Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or a BPO environment is an
advantage but not required.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking or reservation systems is a plus.
