Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will support travelers in planning and booking road trips, treks, and other curated experiences, ensuring accurate travel arrangements and a smooth end-to-end journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding traveler preferences, suggesting suitable itineraries, managing reservations, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The person in this role will handle inquiries, provide responsive customer service, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication before, during, and after trips. The Travel Consultant will also help improve travel processes, maintain trip documentation, and contribute ideas to enhance the overall traveler experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design suitable itineraries and manage complete trip lifecycles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, confirmations, and changes efficiently.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort working with travel booking tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.
• Previous experience in travel consulting, tourism, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
