We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account to assist customers with travel-related inquiries. You will handle concerns involving flight bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations
Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, travel policies, and promotions
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system
Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
