About The Job
The role will manage outbound and inbound Business Travel Requests (BTRs) supported with official documents from International/domestic airlines, hotel bookings, travel insurance, and visa application (if applicable). This will also process and document individual Travel Transactions reports. monitor the Repair and Maintenance of the vehicles, tollway accounts and fuel fleet cards and handles Transportation Management Transactions and Online Account Reports
What You'll Do
- Accommodate individual business request from internal and external clients
- Assist customers with specific travel and transportation management -related concerns
- Handles and process documentation related to Travel & Transportation as and when needed
- Monitor expenses and process payment requests for partner vendors
- Keep recording or tracker of all the transactions both for customers and vendors
- Keep information strictly confidential as appropriate
- Cover for an on-leave team member
What You Need To Have
- Knowledge in passport and Visa formalities
- Knowledgeable in handling travel arrangements via online and use of internet
- Knowledgeable in Philippines Transportation Guidelines and Policy as well as Government Attached Agencies
- Proficiency in Using Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with PH Travel and Transportation Industry
