Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing Travel and Hospitality account. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for international clients, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and support related to hotels, flights, tours, and other travel services. No prior call center or credit card experience is required we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries
- Provide excellent customer support for hotel reservations, flight details, package tours, and travel-related concerns
- Assist customers with troubleshooting booking issues and provide alternative solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Upsell and promote travel packages, hotel upgrades, and additional services when appropriate
- Maintain professional communication while adhering to company standards and client SLAs
- Work closely with the operations team to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (College level is an advantage)
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or equivalent)
- No Call Center (CC) experience required fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
- Strong customer service orientation and patience
- Basic computer skills (typing, navigating multiple systems, email, etc.)
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
- Can start immediately or within the hiring period
